(3 March) I have a new paper which is under review for the journal Climatic Change as part of a special issue edited by Georgina Endfield. “‘Telling a different tale’: literary, historical and meteorological readings of a Norfolk heatwave” is an exploration of how climatic episodes can be imagined and studied in different ways, each of which yields different meanings of climate. It calls upon L P Hartley’s 1953 novel The Go-Between.
