As part of the Australian Museum’s HumanNature series of public talks, I shall be speaking on Monday 23 April, at 6pm in the Museum, on the topic ‘Cultures of Climate’.  In this talk, based on my book Weathered: Cultures of Climate, I examine how different cultures give shape and meaning to the idea of climate.  Understanding these complex climate cultures is essential to any adequate understanding of the politics of climate change.  This is a ticketed event.
