(11 May)  Re-thinking climate change.  I am one of 14 authors of  The Hartwell Paper, published today (and here in Chinese), which outlines a new direction for climate policy following the crash of 2009.  See my editorial in the BBC Green Room, Richard Black’s commentary on it, and also The Economist.  I have published a separate essay on the same theme in the USA-based Environment magazine.  The BBC Radio 4 programme Costing the Earth covered the story in its 12 May broadcast.
